		<description>The idea of dividing the total cost of a police force by the number of arrests is actually a methodology used by the ONDCP in an effort to highlight how expensive a particular drug is to society.  While I agree that we would never see a full return because many law enforcement would remain employed, the calculation itself still stands.</description>

I am a one person household and I have to pay $20.00/per month for the first toilet and $10.00/month for each additional toilet whether I am home or not.  Don&#039;t be fooled by the price per gallon. It is not that cheap.</description>
